Big Top Cupcake Summer Fun

Baking in the sum­mer usually has its draw­backs, but I am almost cer­tain that with the Big Top Cup­cake, those will be limi­ted!  I have always been an air con­di­tio­ning girl, so when I bake some fresh Big Top Cup­ca­kes or other giant cho­co­late chip coo­kies and brow­nies, I”m quick to turn that dial!

This past wee­kend we baked colos­sal Big Top Cup­cakes with cho­co­late filling and vani­lla fros­ting.  We went a little out of our com­fort zone (vanila filling with cho­co­late fros­ting) but they tur­ned out deli­cious!  I am trying to figure out this “polling” thing but does anyone else like baking in the summer?

  1. The Big Top Cup­cake is great! With it, I can bake a per­fect cup­cake every time. The Big­top Cup­cake is easy to use and easy to clean with its non-stick mate­rial. The first time I used the Big Top Cup­cake I crea­ted such a memo­ra­ble sized cup­cake that it loo­ked like a cake. To ans­wer your ques­tion, YES, I LOVE baking during the sum­mer. That way I can let my Big­top cup­cake cool outside!

  2. My only pro­blem with the Big­top Cup­cake (maybe its not a pro­blem?) is that they are too big! I read your post on the Big Top Cup­cake How Big Is Too Big but I think there is such a thing. I guess if you like left overs then the Big Top Cup­cake is for you. Just my two cents!

  3. I used the Big Top Cup­cake last week and it tur­ned out OK. It wasnt that great, but maybe I mes­sed up the recipe. Im not the best cook. I will update ever­yone on this Big Top Cup­cake review next time I use it.

  5. The Big Top Cup­cake works great! I also rou­ti­nely bake cup­ca­kes with my grandchil­dren and the Big Top Cup­cake makes delight­fully large treats. I disa­gree with Cathe­rine, there is no such thing as too big of a cup­cake! The Big Top Cup­cake was crea­ted because peo­ple LOVE huge cupcakes!

  7. Hello Roberta, yes the Big Top Cup­cake does pro­duce large cup­ca­kes so it is com­ple­tely nor­mal! Did you at least like it?
